I also got a courtesy call from Phil on the day and even offered to add a couple of soft play free of charge! The bouncy castle arrived just on time, and it was installed very quickly. Phil gave the guidance for the bouncy castle usage, and he was very nice and patient with the kids. We will definitely use this service again.
